If you’re looking to grow your business, you have to continually demonstrate value. I completely get this. In the past several months, I’ve helped a coaching client go from a director level position to a VP role in the biotech industry. My work with a tech exec resulted in this exec receiving a $100K pay increase in his current role. And another one of my clients is about to receive her dream promotion.
Here’s what these people all have in common. They were all willing to invest in themselves, as they saw the value in doing so. When looking for a coach, don’t seek out the least expensive option. Find someone whose been where you want to go and can deliver the results you need, stat! Oh, and if their hair looks good, that’s a good sign as well!
