How many times a week do you spend hours trying to do something that someone else could have easily done in ten minutes? Imagine how much of your life you could get back if you were willing to focus on what you do best and let others do the rest.
Case in point. I've been working on a new product offering for people and organizations that are interested in accelerating their hiring process and dramatically slashing employee turnover. I finally reached the point where I knew it was time to turn this over to someone else for editing and formatting rather than wasting hours trying to do this on my own. In the end, I know that I will more than recoup my investment in this person's services because I am using this time for other marketing initiatives.
Think about how you spend your time. Do you spend it wisely or would you be more productive (and happier) if you had someone else taking care of those areas where you really do not excel? Now consider making some changes and enjoying what is left of this wonderful season we call summer.
