I am all for education and awareness, but not at the expense of the other workers in the workplace. The group I feel most sorry for are the Gen X-ers. They used to be the ones getting all the attention. That was before their younger "siblings" came along.
Many Gen X-ers will be forced into leadership roles before they are ready to take the reigns. It doesn't have to be this way. Mentor those Gen X-ers and provide them with leadership training now so they are well prepared to be effective leaders in your organization.
