The Fundamental Problem With Exit Interviews

Should I Stay or Go Two Way Road Signs Make DecisionThere are a number of fundamental problems with exit interviews. The first being that they occur after it’s too late to do anything to save the employee, who is now leaving. Taking preventative measures along the way will allow you to make course corrections and possibly keep good employees from leaving.
