By the way, for you trivia buffs. My family planted this tree in our yard over 40 years ago. This tree was selected to be the holiday tree for South Street Seaport in NYC in 2007. I guess it wasn’t quite tall enough for Rockefeller Center. We figured it was better to share the tree with the visitors to NY, than to have it fall down on my parent’s house.
