Are You Providing Value?

Platinum Hotel in Las Vegas

Some of you may be wondering why I am posting a photo of what appears to be an apartment. This is but a small section of my hotel room, here at the Platinum Hotel in Las Vegas. The “room” is about 850 square feet, which is larger than some city apartments that I’ve rented. This is not an upgrade. This is what you get for $119 a night. Now compare this to the average hotel room her in Vegas.

This is what we call value. You get way more than you expect and you don’t pay extra. What’s the value that your organization is providing and how are you contributing to this?

Please post your comments below and check back for my next post where I will share my tips on how organizations can dramatically increase profitability through value.
