A 90-day warp speed coaching program for executives who have just entered a new universe. This program is for senior level leaders who have taken on an executive role in a new company or who have been promoted into the executive suite in their current organization. Participants will be in a better position to accelerate their contributions to their organization, which is certainly critical in today’s competitive business environment. They’ll avoid political land minds that could do permanent damage and will be well situated to immediately effect change.
The first 90 days will set the course for your future. You can propel yourself out of the gate with a clear direction or you can sputter your way toward what you can only hope will be a soft landing.

We offer three options for the Executive Confidential program so that you may choose the one that best meets your needs:
The Executive Acceleration Program consists of an initial 90 minute meeting, held by SKYPE, or in person if convenient to both of us, followed by 90 days of unlimited access to me by e-mail, phone, fax, and regular mail. We’ll work together to set your short-term goals. Scheduled bi-weekly phone calls will ensure you stay on track. I’ll be available to help guide you both strategically (e.g., “How do I become the type of leader who others want to follow?” “How do I maximize the talent on my team?”) and tactically (e.g., “What do I say to an employee whose performance is failing?” “How do I respond to an employee whose request seems unreasonable?”).
Some executives are better served in a more structured environment where there are specific goals and accountability. In addition to what’s offered in the Executive Confidential Guided Program, we’ll meet weekly by SKYPE or in person, if convenient for both of us, and set specific goals for your transition with completion dates. I will help you identify and remove any obstacles to your progress. Our last meeting will focus on what you’ll need to do to continue to build on the work that we’ve done together.
This program is reserved for select executives who want to boost their effectiveness right out of the gate. In addition to what’s offered in the Executive Confidential Guided Program, I will conduct a 360-degree assessment prior to our meeting that will to help target those areas that will have the most impact for your success.
We’ll set aside a day to meet in person at a mutually agreed upon location. Our time together will be spent discussing the results of the 360 so that you have an awareness of how others in the organization view you. We’ll identify in-depth challenges that you face, setting organizational and personal goals, and discussing specific issues that are top of mind for you. These may include setting a strategy for assembling a top-notch executive team, establishing a new vision for the organization, making personnel changes that allow people to leverage their talents.
Executives who participate in this program will quickly solidify relationships with key personnel and will be prepared to address matters that require quick execution. They’ll slash the time it normally takes for new leaders to create meaningful business results.
