What's Included:

 All coaching includes:

  • Individualized developmental behavioral and skills objectives
  • Identifying measures for success
  • Deadlines, action plans, and accountabilities
  • Scheduled weekly, or bi-weekly phone calls
  • In-person meetings as desired and we deem appropriate*
  • Unlimited access to me via email and phone
  • Unlimited review of work
  • Follow up call six weeks after the engagement has ended to help you stay on track

*We may use Skype if we both feel this is more efficient then in-person meetings.

Length of Engagement:

Our experience has shown us that coaching is most effective when there is a pre-determined end date in mind. Most of our coaching clients engage us for six-months. In certain situations, we may recommend a shorter engagement. Together, we will decide what's most appropriate given the objectives you would like to achieve.

Team Coaching

Roberta offers clients the option of team coaching (minimum 3 people) to accelerate both individual and team performance. Roberta meets with the sponsoring executive and sets aside time to learn what is important to each participant in the program and to help them identify clear business and personal objectives. The participants will work together to achieve their group and personal goals. Best practices will be shared and we'll hold one another accountable for achieving results. 

Group Coaching

Individuals who prefer to learn from those around them will find themselves best suited for Roberta Matuson's Coaching Club. You'll work with peers who are addressing similar challenges and will benefit from their energy, support and expertise, as well as that of the facilitator, Roberta Matuson. Each applicant will be interviewed prior to being accepted into a particular group to ensure he or she is a good fit for the group.

Roberta will work with the group to identify common issues (e.g., accountability, conflict resolution, leadership, etc.) that we will work on during our time together. In addition, each member will choose and share specific business and/or personal objectives, which he or she will be working towards. The group will help members with growth and accountability. Each member will be assigned an accountability partner.

Each group coaching program lasts six months and may include a combination of in-person, telephone, and Google + meetings. It also includes limited or unlimited individual e-mail and phone access to Roberta, depending on which option the participant chooses.
